* locations… most of southeast New York… northeast New Jersey and southern Connecticut.
* Hazards… light snow with areas of light freezing rain or freezing drizzle.
* Accumulations… additional ice accumulations up to a few hundredths of an inch. Additional snow accumulations of a trace.
* Timing… until 9 a.m.
* Temperatures… in the upper 20s to near 30.
* Impacts… hazardous travel conditions due to slippery roads and walkways.
Precautionary/preparedness actions…
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow… sleet… or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities… and use caution while driving.
