Zeldin’s district office staff assists constituents with a wide range of federal issues, including veteran’s affairs, Social Security and Medicare, health care, housing, immigration, active military, post office, 9/11 Fund, and homeland security, according to a press release issued yesterday announcing the new office. The staff works with all levels of government, on issues including law enforcement, quality of life, the environment and infrastructure, the release said.

Zeldin, a freshman Republican seeking re-election this year, lives in Shirley with his wife and two daughters. He maintains a full-time district office at 31 Oak Street in Patchogue (Tel. 631-289-1097) in addition to his office in Washington, D.C. (Tel. 202-225-3826)
