A Riverhead man was arrested today in connection with a Jan. 30 robbery on Flanders Road, Southampton Town Police said in a press release tonight.
Police said Michael Anderson, 32, was charged with robbery in the second degree for his part in the robbery of a man who was walking near the 7-Eleven on Flanders Road on Jan. 30. Anderson and another person forcibly stole a cell phone from the victim, police said.
More arrests related to this incident are imminent as the investigation continues, police said.
