Right on the heels of Monday’s snowstorm, another three to five inches of snow is on the way tonight.
A winter weather advisory is in effect from 6 p.m. tonight until 12 p.m. Wednesday. Visibility will drop to half a mile at times, and between three to five inches of snow are expected.

Snowfall tonight and tomorrow will be followed by the “coldest air of the season” this weekend, according to the National Weather Service. An arctic front will move in Saturday and grip the Northeast with temperatures up to 25 degrees below normal until Monday.
There is also a chance of more snow this Friday night into Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
