Excerpts from Riverhead Town Justice Court docket for the week of March 28, Justice Allen M. Smith presiding. There were a total of 426 cases on the criminal court docket.

PLEAS

Susan Anderson, 56, of Happauge, was charged on December 1, 2014 with driving while intoxicated; pleaded guilty and sentenced to three years probation.

Antonio Chin, 35, of Flanders was charged on March 27, 2016 with disorderly conduct; pleaded guilty and fined $125.

Rogelio Cojon-Ajcuc, 42, of Riverhead was charged on November 11, 2015 with driving while intoxicated; pleaded guilty and fined $1200.

Edwar Gomez, 21, of Riverhead was charged on May 31, 2015 with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage and a vehicle and traffic law violation; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, other charges dismissed.

Maria Theresa Greaves, 30, of Centereach was charged on November 4, 2015 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree and unlawful possession of marijuana; pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, all other charges dismissed, and fined $300.

Jose Lopez-Solano, 29, of Cutchogue was charged on September 7, 2015 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, driving while intoxicated and various vehicle and traffic law violations; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Selvin Macedo-Ruiz, 30, of Riverhead was charged on November 15, 2015 with driving while intoxicated; pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and fined $960.

Rafael Torres, 58, of Middle Island was charged on October 10, 2014 with driving while intoxicated; pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and fined $660.

SUPERIOR COURT INFORMATION

Alfonso Rolli, 60, of Riverhead was charged on August 7, 2015 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
