Justice Court Report: Week of April 11, 2016

PLEAS

Rasim Aytulin, 53, of Mattituck was charged on May 9, 2015 with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and other vehicle and traffic law infractions; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, all other charges dismissed, fined $1,200 and sentenced to three years probation.

Jose Blancarte, 39, of Flanders was charged on July 11, 2015 with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law infractions; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, all other charges dismissed, and fined $1,200.

Raul Jiminez, 32, of Riverhead was charged on September 5, 2015 with driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law infractions; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, all other charges dismissed, and fined $1,200.

Manuel Martinez-Ruiz, 33, of Riverhead was charged on November 29, 2015 with aggravated driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and other vehicle and traffic law infractions; pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation, other charges dismissed, and fined $1,700.

SUPERIOR COURT INFORMATION

Samantha Cotroneo, 24, of Wading River was charged on March 10, 2016 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a narcotic drug in the fourth degree, two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
