The Riverhead Blue Waves were in control on the soccer field yesterday throughout a close game against Northport and took a 1-0 lead into the second half. But after Northport put two quick goals on the board, Riverhead failed to answer. Despite a stellar defense Riverhead lost the tightly played game 2-1.
