Southampton police report DWI, drug arrests

Southampton Town Police report the following arrests this weekend:

David Torrento, 21, of Southold, was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on County road 105 in Flanders Feb. 11 at bout 7:15 p.m. Torrento was processed at police headquarters and released on an appearance ticket.

Santos R. Tocay-Ajcuc, 41, of Riverside, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Flanders Road in Hampton Bays Feb. 10 at about 10:20 p.m. He was processed at police headquarters and held for arraignment.

Ihor Yantukhovskyy, 51, of Riverhead, was charged with felony DWI after a traffic stop on Flanders Road in Riverside on Feb. 10 at about 9:45 p.m. He was processed at police headquarters and held for arraignment.
