A two-vehicle crash on Main Road in Aquebogue this afternoon injured a 63-year-old woman.
A eastbound Toyota Tacoma pickup collided with a Nissan Pathfinder pulling out of Woodside Farms on Main Road, just east of Church Lane at about 1:10 p.m., police said. The injured woman, a rear-seat passenger in the Nissan, was taken to Peconic Bay Medical Center by Riverhead Volunteer Ambulance Corps; she was complaining of head pain, according to radio reports.
The male driver of the Nissan, and two additional passengers, were not injured. The driver of the Toyota pickup was also uninjured.
Police said multiple tickets were issued to the drivers of both vehicles.
