The Riverhead High School boys basketball booster club held a successful “flapjacks fundraiser” at Applebee’s Saturday morning.
The booster club and 27 members of the middle school, varsity and junior varsity boys basketball teams served 119 breakfasts of pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausages raising more than $1,600 for the club.
