Main Street lamp posts are sporting new flower baskets thanks to the efforts of Riverhead Townscape and volunteers from Townscape and the River and Roots Community Garden, who created the hanging baskets Wednesday evening.
About 20 volunteers gathered in the community garden to put the baskets together.
Riverhead Town workers hung the baskets from the lamp posts the following morning.
