Photo slideshow: Main Street in Riverhead was transformed into a festival of the arts on Sunday with the 18th Annual Community Mosaic Street Painting Festival.
Chalk artists decorated the Main Street pavement with a wide assortment of chalk paintings, created within squares sponsored by local businesses and organizations.
In addition to the chalk paintings, the festival offered an artisan crafts fair, live music, dance and drumming.
The Community Mosaic is presented by East End Arts, with major support by Bridgehampton National Bank.
