The Polish Town Civic Association hosted its first Long Island beer-tasting festival yesterday in Polonaise Park, where an assortment of Long Island breweries— including Riverhead’s own Long Ireland, Crooked Ladder and Moustache — showcased their products for an audience of more than 100 beer aficionados.
The brews were poured into small beer steins adorned with the signature Polish red eagle.
