Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Cancer Services Program recently earned $29,900 for their participation in the 2014 Long Island 2 Day Walk To Fight Breast Cancer. The one day 13.1 mile half marathon aimed to raise awareness for breast cancer and other cancer research. Proceeds will benefit breast cancer sufferers, survivors, and their families, and the organizations that support them.
