The Riverhead varsity boys soccer team defeated North Babylon at home yesterday, 2-0.
Both goals, scored by Pedro Carrillo and Jordon Fulcoly, came in the second half of the game.
Wind was a big factor in the game, said coach A.J. Kretschmer. “The boys are playing well. They’re passing well. They just need to be able to close the deal on goals,” he said.
