Rose E. Sahm of Southold died on December 23, 2013. She was 89 years old.
She was born in Glen Cove, NY on September 5, 1924 to John and Maria (nee Somogyi) Stier.
From 1947-1977, she resided in Great Neck and moved to the North Fork afterwards.
She enjoyed gardening and assisting her son at Willow Hill Antiques in Southold.
Predeceased by her husband Clifford Sahm in 1982; she is survived by her children: John and Richard of Southold and Patricia of Great Neck and a brother, John Stier of Ronkonkoma.
The family received friends on Saturday, December 28th at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Homes in Southold where funeral services were conducted by Father Peter Garry.
