New York State Police Riverside barracks today announced the following arrests:
Derrick C. Perkowski, 26, of Shirley, charged Dec. 26 for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal pPossession of marijuana in the third degree, and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree following a traffic stop for no front license plate while on CR-104 in Flanders. Perkowski was issued appearance tickets.
Tyler A. Gaches, 21, of Shirley, was arrested Jan. 1 on a charge of driving while ability impaired by alcohol following a traffic stop for failure to stop at a red light on CR-104 in Flanders. Investigation and standardized test revealed Gaches to be impaired., police said. He was released on appearance tickets returnable to Southampton Justice Court later this month, according to the report.
