New York State Police, Riverside barracks report the following arrests during the period of Feb. 20 to 26, 2017:
Ramel Robinson, 41, of Riverhead, on Feb. 21 on a charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a domestic dispute that occurred on Feb. 19 in the Town of Riverhead. Robinson was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued at his arraignment in Riverhead Town Justice Court.
Donald J. Norton, 37, of Riverhead, on Feb. 25, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, following a welfare check of Norton’s vehicle parked partially in the roadway on Peconic Avenue in the Town of Riverhead. Norton was released on an appearance ticket.
Raul E. Guevara, 37, of Flanders, on Feb. 26, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated following a welfare check of Guevara’s vehicle on North Road in Hampton Bays. Guevara provided a breath sample of .19 percent BAC, more than twice the legal limit.
