Three people were arrested in a NYS Liquor Authority compliance check conducted today by Riverhead Town Police, according to a press release issued by police tonight.

Arrested on charges of unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree were: Hasam Goksin, 54, of Riverhead; Ana Duran, 45, of Riverhead, and Asif Mehmood, 30, of Cutchogue, according to the release.

Police said the three were arrested at Aquebogue Mini Mart, 640 Main Rd., Aquebogue, 7-Eleven, 162 Old Country Rd., Riverhead, and Empire, 640 Old Country Rd., Riverhead. Police did not specify the locations of the arrests.

The following locations were checked and found to be in compliance, police said:

These checks are part of an ongoing effort by the Riverhead Town Police Department to ensure New York State Liquor Authority and penal law compliance for the sale of alcohol to minors, Riverhead Town Police said.
