Kent Animal Shelter will hold a fundraiser at Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard on Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The annual run/walk is a popular event for animal lovers.
The event will include raffle prizes, door prizes, pet costume, lookalike and talent contests, pets for adoption, live music and more. Friendly leashed dogs are welcome but no retractable leashes are allowed.
The first 50 people registered will be entered in a special giveaway. All pre-registrants will receive T-shirts.
Proceeds from food and wine sales will benefit the rescue horses at the farm.
