A Mount Sinai woman is facing a felony forged instrument charge after her arrest by Riverhead Police detectives yesterday.

Police said Nicole Guida, 23, presented a forged commercial check for payment at a Route 58 check cashing office on March 12.

She was arrested after an investigation by detectives and arraigned in Riverhead Justice Court yesterday, police said in a press release this afternoon.
