Police released these images of three people they say stole a pocketbook from a female shopper on Dec. 23 at the Old Navy outlet store in Riverhead.

Riverhead Police are looking for three people they say stole a woman’s pocketbook in the Old Navy store at Tanger Outlets on Dec. 23.

Police said the three people, a man and two women, entered the store at about 6:45 p.m. that day and “acted in concert” to steal a pocketbook belonging to a female shopper. They concealed the pocketbook and then fled the store with it, police said. The pocketbook contained cash, credit cards, identification, cell phone and assorted items of value, in excess of $1,000, according to police.

Police released surveillance camera images of the people sought in connection with the crime.

They ask anyone with information about the incident to call Riverhead Town Police Department at (631) 727-4500, Ext. 332.
