Cynthia Church of Riverhead died Jan. 12, 2019, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Port Jefferson. She was 61.
She was born Aug. 1, 1957, in Bay Shore to Barbara J. (Horsefield) and John W. Church Sr.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Turner; her children, Debra Chervinski, Tara Martin, Kevin Church and Amy Moyer; her siblings, Lynda Hansel, Gloria Rhodes, Sherrie Milligan, Barbara Chervinski and John Church Jr.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will take place Thursday, Jan. 17, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Riverhead Cemetery.
