Riverhead Little League will hold its last in-person registration for the 2019 season on Monday, Feb. 25 at Aquebogue Elementary School. from 6 to 8 p.m.

For players new to Riverhead Little League, parents must provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate as proof of age and must also provide proof of residency — the parent’s driver’s license, utility bill, tax bill or homeowner’s insurance.

Registration fees for majors baseball or softball is $130 per player , for minor AA baseball or softball $100 per player, for minor A baseball or softball $75 per player, and for T-ball, $55 per player. There is a $25 late fee for registrations after Feb. 16. Fees may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Riverhead Little League.

Children may also be registered online at the league’s website. . Registration for the season will close on Feb. 25.

There are mandatory tryouts for boys’ majors (ages 10, 11 and 12) and girls’ majors (ages 11 and 12). Tryout dates and locations will be emailed to all players and posted on the little league website.
