Felony charges are often removed to Suffolk County Criminal Court and are reported here when marked off the justice court calendar if a conviction has been entered in the superior court. Court was not in regular session during the week of Aug. 5.
Andrews, Jason, 45, of Sound Beach, charged on March 31, 2015 Sith aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aig. 20 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $310 by Justice Hulse.
Bell, Thurston, Riverhead, 46, of Riverhead, charged on Oct. 26, 2018 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree (cocaine), unlawful possession of marijuana and a vehicle and traffic law violation, pleaded guilty on Aug. 14 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and was sentenced to six months in jail and ordered to pay a state surcharge of $205.
Beodeker, Ryan, 27, of Aquebogue, charged on April 23, 2018 with criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of alcohol and any drug, unlawful possession of marijuana and vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug. 26 to driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of alcohol and any drug and disorderly conduct and was sentenced by Justice Smith to a one-year conditional discharge and fined $1,300.
Bolaj-Bertran, Ruben, 39, of Riverhead, charged on June 13 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and operating an uninsured vehicle, pleaded guilty on Aug. 19 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and operating an uninsured vehicle and was fined $810 by Justice Hulse.
Connor, Aaron, 20, of Laurel, charged on June 30, 2018 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 14 and was sentenced by Justice Hulse to 75 days in jail.
Cucuro, Thomas, 55, of Riverhead, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations on Feb. 24, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree on Aug. 12. No sentencing information was provided by the court.
Cullen, Laurie, 59, of Riverhead, charged with driving while intoxicated and other other vehicle and traffic law violations on Sept. 14, 2018, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $170 by Justice Smith on Aug. 12.
Davis, Sheryl, 51, of Riverhead, charged with petit larceny on June 8, pleaded guilty as charged and was sentenced on Aug. 12 to 90 days in jail by Justice Smith.
Decker, Harley, 25, of Sag Harbor, charged on Feb. 2 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug, 14 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and failure to stop at a stop sign and was fined $520 by Justice Hulse.
Dominguez-Morales, Salustio, 27, of Riverhead, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations on Jan. 9, 2019, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $310 by Justice Smith on Aug. 12.
English, Ronald, 28, of Riverhead, charged on July 18 with robbery in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 14 and was sentenced by Justice Hulse to 30 days in jail.
Fineron, Matthew, 23, of Riverhead, charged on Nov. 23, 2018 with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs in the first degree and unlawful possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty on Aug. 21 to driving while ability impaired and received an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal on the second charge; he was fined $660 by Justice Hulse.
Garcia-Estrada, Misael, 34, of Riverhead, was charged on April 8 with false personation and vehicle and traffic law violations pleaded guilty on Aug. 12 to disorderly conduct and unlicensed operation and was fined $600 by Justice Smith.
Gilmartin, Brian, 42, of Kings Park, charged on Aug. 5, 2019 with criminal obstruction of breathing and assault in the third degree, pleaded guilty to criminal obstruction of breathing and was sentenced by Justice Smith to three years probation.
Gonzalez-Guarcos, Tomas, 38, of Riverhead, charged on May 23 with driving while intoxicated and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug. 20 to driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation and driving while using a mobile phone and was sentenced to a conditional discharge and fined $1,918 by Justice Hulse.
Jackson, Tara, 41, of Sound Beach, charged with petit larceny on Dec. 16, 2018, pleaded guilty on Aug. 12 and was sentenced to a conditional discharge and a $205 surcharge by Justice Smith.
Julian, Melanie, 45, of Cutchogue, charged on Jan. 17 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 26 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $310 by Justice Smith.
Lopez-Guevara, Magdalena, 40, of Riverhead, charged on Aug. 8 with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 26 and was fined $300 by Justice Smith.
Lozano-Vega, Hernan, 36, of Riverhead, charged on Feb. 2 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Aug. 14 and was fined $375 by Justice Hulse.
Magee, Walter, 56, of Baldwin Harbor, charged on Dec. 3, 2016 with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug. 13 to driving while intoxicated (first offense) and was sentenced by Justice Hulse to a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to use an interlock device.
Martinez, Harold, 35, of Riverhead, charged on Aug. 4 with harassment in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Aug, 26 and was fined $150 by Justice Smith.
Matos, Andrew, 28, of Riverhead, charged on July 18, 2019 with robbery in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 12 to attempted assault in the third degree and was sentenced to time served by Justice Hulse.
McDermott, Nile, 28, of Riverhead, charged on June 6, 2019 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 26 to facilitating unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $310 by Justice Smith.
Miles, Frederick Jr., 49, of Riverhead, charged on Nov. 10, 2017 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug. 20 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $310 by Justice Hulse.
Miller, Michael, 56, of Hauppauge, charged on Jan 6, 2013 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and another vehicle and traffic law violation, pleaded guilty Aug. 13 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and was fined $310 by Justice Hulse.
Pappas, Alexander, 59, of Patchogue, charged on July 14 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 13 and was fined $310 by Justice Hulse.
Punda, Gregory, 62, charged on May 20 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 20 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and was fined $310 by Justice Hulse.
Reaves, Valerie, 56, of Riverhead, charged on March 24 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty on Aug. 14 to disorderly conduct and was fined $375 by Justice Hulse.
Rempe, Leonard, 53, of Riverhead, charged on Oct. 24, 2018 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug. 13 to aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and circumventing or operating without an interlock device, and was sentenced to two years probation and fined $393 by Justice Hulse.
Robinson, Vanessa, 48, of Wading River, charged on July 2 with menacing in the second degree pleaded guilty on Aug. 14 and was sentenced to probation by Justice Smith, who also entered an order of protection.
Sanchez-Mendoza, J., 40, charged on July 9, with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree following a motor vehicle accident, pleaded guilty to faciliating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $310 by Justice Smith.
Schroeder, Cassandra, 28, of East Moriches, charged on Feb. 18 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty Aug. 20 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and was fined $310 by Justice Hulse.
Sichling, Clayton, 25, of Riverhead, charged on Jan. 13, 2018 with driving while intoxicated, pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and was fined $750 by Justice Hulse.
Torres, Cesar, 32, of Flanders, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations on Jan. 12, 2019, pleaded guilty to aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree on Aug. 12 and was sentenced to three years probation and fined $593 by Justice Smith.
Valesquez, Julio, 41, of Riverhead, charged on March 3 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other vehicle and traffic law violations, pleaded guilty on Aug. 13 to unlicensed operation and operating an unregistered vehicle and was fined $510 by Justice Hulse.
Vaughn, Michael, 38, of Calverton, charged on April 11 with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty on Aug. 13 to two counts of disorderly conduct and was fined $500 by Justice Hulse.
Zambuto, Peter, 40, of Shirley, charged on May 24, 2018 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Aug. 13 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and will return to court for sentencing on Oct. 28.

Ceto-Brito, Jacinto, 33, of Flanders, charged on July 30 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, was indicted Aug. 12 on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated, an E felony, aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, an E felony, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, and leaving the scene of an accident, both traffic infractions.
Griffin, Frank Jr., 24, of Bellport, arrested on April 5 on charges of assault in the third degree and criminal contempt in the first degree, was indicted on a charge of criminal contempt in the second degree, pleaded guilty to the charge on July 25, and was sentenced to three years probation. A final order of protection was entered.
Ospina, Christina, 31, of Ridge, arrested on Dec. 19, 2019 on a charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree, pleaded guilty June 19 to driving while intoxicated and is scheduled to return to court Oct. 23 for sentencing.
Thomas, Malcolm, 54, of Riverhead, arrested om March 8 on a charge of assault with intent to cause physical injury, pleaded guilty on June 25 to assault in the first degree and was sentenced to three years probation.
