There were a total of 1,781 criminal and traffic cases on the court’s docket. Convictions reported here are a result of charges of misdemeanors or felonies. Felony charges are often removed to Suffolk County Criminal Court and are reported here when marked off the justice court calendar if a conviction has been entered in the superior court.

Agosto-Ramirez, Octaviano, 32, of Southold, charged on Feb. 15 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree ad other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 3 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $400 by Judge Hulse.

Aguilar-Salvador, Astrid, 24, of Bay Shore, charged on July 17 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Hulse.

Antanaitis, Catherine, 32, charged on April 7 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 to driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely was sentenced by Judge Hulse to a conditional discharge and was fined $1,570.

Barberab-Chavez, Rosa, 30, of Patchogue, charged on April 27 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and speeding, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding and was fined $550 by Judge Smith.

Bartolomeo, Joseph, 47, of Hauppauge, charged on Feb. 19, 2018 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 to unlicensed operation and was fined $300 by Judge Smith.

Baudilio-Pirir, Jose, 33, of Riverside, charged on July 14 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Beta, Edward, 59, of Mastic Beach, charged on Aug. 15 with aggravated licensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 9 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Boch-Cubule, Orlando, 40, of Peconic, charged on May 19 with driving while intoxicated, pleaded guilty on Sept. 9 and was sentenced to a conditional discharge and fined $1,200 by Judge Smith.

Boldin, Kutina, 32, of Riverhead, charged on Jan. 29, 2016 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations pleaded guilty Sept. 16 to unlicensed operation and was fined $390 by Judge Hulse.

Bonilla, Flavio, 47, of Southampton, charged on Feb. 11 with aggravated licensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Brewer, Michael, 54, of Flanders, charged on June 30 with driving while intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 and was sentenced by Judge Smith to one year interim probation.

Buckley, Brittany, 28, of Medford, charged on April 16, 2018 and March 11, 2017 with with aggravated licensed operation in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 25 to two counts of facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $620 by Judge Smith.

Brezinski, Caron, 48, of Calverton, charged on Sept. 13, 2018 with aggravated driving while intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, and on July 21, 2019 with harassment in the second degree pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to driving while intoxicated and harassment and was fined $2,125 and sentenced to three years probation by Judge Hulse.

Canham, Scott, 50, of Riverhead, charged on July 9, 2018 with aggravated licensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 25 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Carrig, Melinda, 54, of Southold, charged on May 22 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty on Sept. 4 and was fined $375 by Judge Hulse.

Chandler, Barry, 41, of Riverhead, charged on March 25, 2017 with aggravated unlicensed operation and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Hulse.

Cotter, Jacob, 22, of Selden, charged on Aug. 27 with harassment in the second degree pleaded guilty on Sept. 24 and was fined $250 by Judge Smith.

Cozzi, Gerard III, 31, of Shirley, charged on June 20, 2017 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $500 by Judge Hulse.

Crain, Alexander, 28, of Rocky Point, charged on July 20 with aggravated licensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 11, to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Crosby, Jermaine, 39, of Riverhead, charged on May 23 with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, obstructing government administration in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, was sentenced on Sept. 30 by Judge Hulse to 10 months in jail and assessed a state surcharge of $205. On a May 10 charge of trespass, he was sentenced to time served.

Crump, Charlene, 60, of Riverhead, charged on April 15 with criminal possession of a control substance in the seventh degree, and two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty on Sept. 11 to criminal possession of a control substance in the seventh degree and was fined $355.

Cunningham, Allyson, 28, of Hauppauge, charged on June 28, 2018 with grand larceny in the fourth degree, pleaded guilty to petit larceny on Sept. 25 and was fined $50 and assessed a surcharge of $205 by Judge Smith.

Dimayuga, Dennis, 34, of Calverton, charged on July 24 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to disorderly conduct and was fined $300 by Judge Smith.

Dozier, Roxy, 53, of Flanders, charged on Aug. 29 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty on Sept. 9 to disorderly conduct and was fined $250 by Judge Smith.

Edwards, Scott, 48, of Port Jefferson Station, charged on Sept. 12, 2018 with driving while intoxicated, pleaded guilty on Sept. 11 to driving while ability impaired and was formed $760 by Judge Smith.

Farmer, Deandre, 32, of Calverton, charged on July 24 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 25 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Flores, Aquilino, 28, of Mastic, charged on April 19 and June 8 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 30 to two counts of facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation and was fined $1,210 by Judge Hulse.

France, Felicia, 24, of Calverton, charged on May 20 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to disorderly conduct and was fined $300 by Judge Smith.

Gilliam, Joseph, 47, of Riverhead, charged on April 12, 2014 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, harassment in the second degree and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation, harassment and speeding, and was fined $$675 by Judge Hulse.

Ginsburg, Rachel, 27, of North Massapequa, charged on Aug. 13 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 25 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding and was fined $480 by Judge Smith.

Goss, Steven, 60, of Moriches, cheated on Dec. 4, 2018 with driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 and was fined $1,000 by Judge Smith.

Grube, Jesse, 33, of Mattituck, charged on June 22 with Aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 4 and was fined $560 by Judge Hulse.

Gumbs, Gabrielle, 49, of Middle Island, charged on Dec. 16, 2018 with piety larceny, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 to disorderly conduct and was fined $300 by Judge Smith.
Hazzard, Derrick, 49, of Port Jefferson, charged on July 26 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation, and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Holloway, Tarell, 32, of Riverhead, charged on June 12 with criminal possession of stolen property, pleaded guilty on Sept. 24 and was sentenced to six months in jail and assessed a surcharge of $205.

Hernandez-Almaraz, Mario, 52, of Selden, charged on June 30 with circumventing an interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $500 by Judge Hulse.

Hickey, Stephen, 60, of East Quogue, charged on June 8, 2016, with driving while intoxicated, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 to driving while ability impaired and was sentenced to a conditional discharge and fined $700.

Hughes, Leia, 49, of Central Islip, charged on Jan. 15 with petit larceny, and on Nov. 22, 2018 with harassment in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17, and was sentenced to three years probation by Judge Hulse and was fined $330.

James, Walter, 45, of Riverhead, charged on April 25 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310.

Johnson, Michael, 31, of Mastic Beach, charged on March 20 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 11 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Jolin, Suzanne, 51, of Mattituck, charged on Dec. 31, 2017 with driving while intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 11 to driving while ability impaired and was fined $870 by Judge Smith.

Jones, Roy, 32, of Riverhead, charged on May 29 with assault in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 4 and was sentenced by Judge Hulse to four months in jail and assessed a $205 state surcharge. An order of protection was entered.

Kimble, Demetrius, 25, of Wading River, charged on Nov. 9, 2017 with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and harassment in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 24 to disorderly conduct and was fined $280 by Judge Smith.

Kreskowski, Ethan, of Jamesport, charged on June 1, 2018 with aggravated licensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Lamb, Rashaunm 34, of Flanders, charged on Sept. 7, 2018 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and was fined $400 by Judge Hulse.

Leary, Derek, 53, of Laurel, charged on April 27 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 9 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Matamoros-Alvarado, Deris Danilo, 34, of Riverhead, charged on Jan 22 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 30 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Hulse.

Moore, Jenna, 38 of Riverhead, charged on May 28 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 9 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Moore, Kleo, 48, of Moriches, charged on July 27, 2018 with harassment in the second degree and assault in the third degree, was found guilty after trial on Sept. 25.

Nunez, Maria, 23, of Riverhead, charged on July 7 with driving while intoxicated and speeding, pleaded guilty on Sept. 30 to driving while ability impaired and speeding and was fined $1,000 by Judge Hulse.

Ochoa-Morales, Noe Fernando, 31, of Flanders, charged on Feb. 23 with driving while intoxicated, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to driving while ability impaired, and was sentenced by Judge Hulse to a conditional discharge and fined $750.

Ortiz, Yordyk, 30, of Riverhead, charged on Aug. 7 with harassment in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 23 and was fined $250 by Judge Smith.

O’Toole, Justin, 46, of Greenlawn, charged on Dec. 14, 2017 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 and was sentenced by Judge Hulse to time served and was assessed a $205 state surcharge.

Pannettiere, Joseph, 29, of Calverton, charged on May 30 with criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing, petit larceny and second-degree harassment, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 to disorderly conduct and was sentenced by Judge Hulse to 10 days in jail.

Papp, Amanda, 22, of East Moriches, charged on July 27, 2018 with with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 24 to two counts of disorderly conduct and was fined $500 by Judge Smith.

Ramos-Gregorio, Wilmer, 26, of Riverhead, charged on March 3 with driving while intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 16 and was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,400 by Judge Hulse.

Ruiz, Robert, 49, of Shirley, charged on Feb. 1 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and operating an unregistered vehicle and was fined $480 by Judge Hulse.

Spicer, Anthony, 43, of Riverhead, charged on April 17 with aggravated licensed operation in the second degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 24 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $300 by Judge Smith.

Tricoche, Melissa, 54, of Mastic Beach, charged on Nov. 13, 2017 with grand larceny in the fourth degree, was sentenced to 90 days in jail on Sept. 16 by Judge Hulse.

Uceda-Saravia, Jose, 35, of Riverhead, charged on May 27 with driving while intoxicated, unlicensed operation and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 30 to driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation and was sentenced by Judge Hulse to a conditional discharge and fined $1,790.

Vollkommer, Joseph, 41, of North Babylon, charged on April 11, 2015 with driving while intoxicated pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 and was sentenced by Judge Hulse to three years probation and fined $1,000.

Wald, Grace, 42, of Mastic Beach, charged on April 7 with aggravated licensed operation in the third degree, pleaded guilty on Sept. 10 to facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and was fined $310 by Judge Smith.

Ward, Randi, 28, of Ridge, charged on Feb. 9 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations, pleaded guilty on Sept. 17 and was fined $480 by Judge Hulse.

Whitehead, Ciera, 22, of Brentwood, charged on Aug. 25 with petit larceny, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Sept. 23 and was fined $300 by Judge Smith.

Williamson, Brett, 44, of Baiting Hollow, charged on Dec. 11, 2018 with driving while intoxicated, guilty on Sept. 3 to driving while ability impaired and was sentenced to probation by Judge Hulse.
