Justin Brett Ligon of Virginia has died. He was 32 years old.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, July 11 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Riverhead Cemetery.
