Josephine Booker of Riverhead died on Nov. 23, 2021 in Riverhead. She was 80 years old.
She was born on Nov. 30, 1940 in Cumberland, Virginia to John and Cora (Motley) Trent. She attended school in Cumberland.
She worked as a nurse’s aide. Her hobbies included playing cards, cooking and travel.
She was predeceased by her husband Paul. She is survived by her children, Gail Johnson and Paul Booker Jr., both of Riverhead, by her brother Porter Trent of Riverhead and by one grandchild.
The family will receive visitors on Tuesday Nov. 30 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Jubilee Church of God. Funeral service will follow at the church at 11 a.m. Interment will held be at Riverhead Cemetery.
