Vera D. Doroski of Riverhead, formerly of Cutchogue, died on July 28, 2022 at her home. She was 89 years old.
She was born on July 16, 1933 in Greenport to Martin and Veronica (Danowski) Doroski. She attended Southold High School.
She worked as a supervisor of operations at Hazeltine in Riverhead and as a teller at Suffolk County National Bank in Cutchogue. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, the Marian Council Columbiettes, Our Lady of Ostrabrama Church and a former member of the Cutchogue Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobbies included crafts, golf, traveling, stained glass, reading and gardening.
The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, Aug. 2 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Ostrabrama Church. Cremation will be private.
