Riverhead Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating a 16-year-old boy reported missing from Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch.
Nasir Scruggs, 16, left the facility “without permission” around 11 p.m. Monday night, according to police. No foul play is suspected, and his destination is unknown.
He is described as black, 5’10” tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair worn in braids. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a black hooded sweatshirt.
