Donate blood and save a life on Tuesday, March 7 from 1 to 7 p.m. at Riverhead Fire Department in the banquet room.
Donors are invited to schedule an appointment via the New York Blood Center website or walk-in. Before donating blood make sure to eat well, drink plenty of fluids and bring an ID or blood donor card.
Donors must be 14 days symptom free if recovering from COVID-19 and may not donate if they have tested positive for COVID-19 or experienced symptoms in the last 14 days. Donations during self-quarantine are also prohibited.
