Convictions reported here are misdemeanors or felonies and do not include violations, unless resulting from a charge of a misdemeanor or felony, or traffic infractions. Most felony cases are removed to Suffolk County Criminal Court for prosecution and are not included in this report.
Lopez-Cano, Margarito, 39, pleaded guilty on May 1 to Driving While Intoxicated on Aug. 10, 2022 and was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,400.
Ramon-Farez, Carlos F., 24, pleaded guilty on May 1 to Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated on Aug. 18, 2022 and was sentenced to three years probation.
Shabazz, Zhaneera J., 21, of Flanders, charged on June 15, 2021 with Assault in the Second Degree, pleaded guilty on May 3 to Harassment in the Second Degree and was fined $250.
