11:10 a.m. Town code violation, Crystal Drive, Aquebogue. Incident documented.

11:42 a.m. Town code violation, Riverhead Train Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead. A person was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in a public place. The person was transported to Riverhead Police Department Headquarters and held for arraignment.

12:10 p.m. Town code violation, Riverhead Train Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead.

12:33 p.m. Larceny, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Old Country Road, Riverhead. A report of miscellaneous items stolen.

3:08 p.m. Town code violation, East Main Street, Riverhead. Two town code summons were issued for open alcohol and littering.

5:03 p.m. Larceny, Gap Outlet, Tanger Outlets, Riverhead. An unknown person removed a quantity of items without paying for them. The investigation is ongoing.

8:36 p.m. Criminal Mischief, Little Flower, North Wading River Road, Wading River. A complainant states their vehicle was damaged by a juvenile from Little Flower Children’s Services.
