East End Food is hosting the Suffolk County Food Managers Training and Certification Course on Tuesday, Nov. 14. The course will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants will learn to develop food safety plans to reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses in food service establishments. The course and exam will be led by Chris Argento from Nutritional Management Services, an approved program provider.
Here’s what you can expect:
– A digital course manual for review before the class
– A printed copy of the course manual on the day of the class
– Results of the exam on the same day
– Certificates mailed within one week of the course
The cost of the course is $200 per person. This includes the printed course manual, lunch, and the mailed certificate. An invoice for payment will be emailed within one to two business days following registration.
