NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board Meeting scheduled for August 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York will proceed as scheduled.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Town of Riverhead Community Development Agency, New York (the “CDA”) will be held at Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on the 4th day of August, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. of that day, for the purpose of considering and voting upon one (1) proposed resolution [Proposed Resolution CDA-2020-6] as follows:
Resolution No. CDA-2020-6: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO PURCHASE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 117 EAST MAIN STREET, RIVERHEAD, NY (SCTM# 0600- 129-1.00-012.000); 121 EAST MAIN STREET, RIVERHEAD, NY (SCTM# 0600-129-1.00-013.000) AND 127 EAST MAIN STREET, RIVERHEAD NY (SCTM# 0600-129-1.00-014.000) SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that in accordance with the directive of Executive Order 202.1 issued by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, the meeting will be held without in-person attendance by the public. Instead the public can watch the August 4, 2020 meeting of the Town Board via the following methods:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public will have an opportunity to via Zoom to be heard, to make their comments and/or make questions regarding the resolutions and public hearings before the Town Board of Town of Riverhead at the August 4, 2020 meeting.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public will also have an opportunity via Zoom to be heard, to make public comment regarding any matter of concern relative to the Town Board and the Town of Riverhead Community Development Agency after the respective Boards have concluded with resolutions and, as applicable, public hearings, at the respective meetings held on August 4, 2020.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that upon entering Zoom meeting, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room where the host will admit one person at a time to ask questions or give comments beginning at 2:00pm. All comments/questions will be limited to five minutes. Please be patient; your admittance will be based on the volume of participants.
