NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 2nd day of May, 2023 at 2:10 p.m. to consider a Special Permit application seeking approval to remove an existing shed/garage and construct a 30’x50’ two story garage with lean to for a total area of 1,900 sq. ft., accessory to an existing three-family dwelling pursuant to Town Code §301-222 A, within a 36,725 sq. ft. acre parcel located within the Downton Center 3: Office (DC-3) zoning use district, situate at 533 East Main Street; Riverhead, more particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-129-5-1.
