TOWN OF RIVERHEAD NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 4th day of September, 2019 at 2:10 o’clock p.m. to consider an Application for a Special Permit and to consider an Application for Site Plan Approval from J. Petrocelli Development Associates/Joseph Petrocelli to renovate an existing building for spa/lounge and hotel uses, including the addition of an elevator tower, handicapped accessible ramps, and construction of a 34 stall asphalt parking lot with associated drainage and lighting, and other associated site improvements, all upon real property known and designated as 420 East Main Street and 117 Ostrander Avenue, premises also known as SCTM No. 600-129-3-12 and SCTM No. 600-129-3-14, which are currently zoned Downtown Center 1 (DC-1) and Downtown Center 5: Residential (DC-5) respectively.
