NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 3rd day of August, 2023, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. to consider a site plan application seeking approval to construct an 18,000-gallon propane tank to be used for the storage and distribution of propane gas at 2.05 acre site located at 120 Edwards Avenue, Calverton, NY, within the Industrial A zoning use district, and more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-137-1-7.
