PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 3rd day of August, 2023, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. to consider the major subdivision application of Peconic Farms, seeking approval to subdivide an existing vacant 9.576 acre parcel
of land and create six (6) new residential building lots, as well as a 4.9983 acre open space area to remain natural. The subject parcel is located at 1161 Peconic Bay Blvd, Jamesport, within the Residence A-40 (RA40) zoning use district, and is more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-94-1-6.
