NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 16th day of March, 2021 at 2:10 p.m. to consider a special permit application from Crown Castle Towers 06-2 LLC seeking approval to construct a new 120 ft. tall monopole wireless communications facility with associated ground level equipment upon real property located on the east side of Fresh Pond Ave., Calverton, NY with said parcel being more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-77.-2-2, located within the Agricultural Protection (APZ) zoning use district.
