NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 7th day of July, 2021 at 2:05 o’clock p.m. to consider a Special Permit application seeking approval to construct a 2-story, medical professional office with a first floor of 5,340 sq. ft., a second floor of 5,307 sq. ft., and an unfinished basement of 5,340 sq. ft., and associated improvements including construction of parking for seventy-six (76) vehicles, lighting, landscaping, stormwater management and sanitary systems on two pieces of real property, identified as SCTM Nos. 600-85-3-8 and 600-85-3-12.7
