NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 19th day of May, 2021 at 2:10 o’clock p.m. to consider the amended site plan application of Island Water Park to construct an indoor/outdoor commercial sports and recreation facility upon approximately 42 acres of real property located at 5835 Middle Country Road, Calverton, NY with said parcel being more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-135-1-7.34, located within the Planned Recreational Park (PRP) zoning use district. Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order, the public hearing will be held via Zoom, with the Zoom meeting information being posted to the Town’s website prior to the public hearing at http://www.townofriverheadny.gov
