NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION/SALE OF ABANDONED SHOPPING CARTS
The Town of Riverhead, County of Suffolk, is conducting an auction/sale pursuant to §269-5 of the Town code for shopping carts that have been declared abandoned and approved by the Town of Riverhead in accordance with State Laws. Shopping carts will be auctioned/sold on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Town of Riverhead Highway Department located at 1177 Osborne Avenue, Riverhead, New York 11901. The Town of Riverhead reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts of bids, to waive any and all technicalities, and to accept any bid, or part of bid which it deems advantageous to itself.
