PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on the 2nd day of April, 2019 at 2:00 o’clock p.m., at Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York to hear all interested persons to consider authorizing various actions to be taken with regard to the Blighted Properties known as 1501-1595 West Main Street, Riverhead New York 11901, Suffolk County Tax Map #0600-119.-2-58 and 849-853 West Main Street, Riverhead, New York Suffolk County Tax Map #124-4-11.3, respectively, to bring about compliance with Chapter 217, Part 6, Article XVIII, §217-110 of the Town Code of the Town of Riverhead.
