TOWN OF RIVERHEAD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead, as governing body of the Community Development Agency, will hold a public hearing on July 21, 2020 at 2:05 p.m. at Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901, in regard to the to the purchase of properties 117 East Main Street and 121 East Main Street and contract for option agreement and purchase of 127 East Main Street subject to the terms set forth above and approval of the Town Board, as governing body of the Community Development Agency, and with funds for the purchase and demolition costs secured by an authorization for bond indebtedness in the amount not to exceed $5,500,000 subject to provisions of Local Finance and permissive at which time and place all persons interested in said proposed purchase shall have an opportunity to be heard.
