TOWN OF RIVERHEAD
NOTICE OF ADOPTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead adopted a local law amending Chapter 105, Chapter 217 and Chapter 301 entitled “Boards, Commissions and Councils”, “Building, Building Construction and Improvements and Housing Standards” and “Zoning and Land Development ” respectively of the Riverhead Town Code, at its regular meeting held on May 22, 2019.
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead as follows:
CHAPTER 105
Boards, Commissions and Councils
Article II: Appeals, Board of
§ 105-9. Filing fees.
A. For each appeal to the Board of Appeals, there shall be filing fees, payable upon the submission of an application, in the following amounts:
(3) Electronic records retention fees. An electronic records retention fee must also be paid in accordance with the fee schedule which shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead.

Article I: Administration and Enforcement
§ 217-12. Building permit fees.
I. Electronic records retention fees. An electronic records retention fee must also be paid in accordance with the fee schedule which shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead.
