PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held on the 21st day of August, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, to hear all interested persons, to consider whether the owner, purportedly Michael Chorzepa, of real property located at 42 Zdunko Lane, Riverhead, also known as Suffolk County Tax Map No. 0600-042.00-01-012.000, or the Town of Riverhead on behalf of such owner of said property, should demolish the buildings and/or structures situated on said property so that the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Town of Riverhead shall not be endangered or, if the buildings are found to be in an unsafe condition as described pursuant to Chapter 217 of the Riverhead Town Code & Sections 108 and 110 of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code entitled, “Unsafe Structures and Equipment” and “Demolition”, respectively, to be immediately repaired or demolished and removed.
