PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Town Board of the Town of Riverhead at 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York on the 7th day of August, 2018 at 2:05 p.m. to consider a special permit application from The Glass Greenhouse, LLC. to establish a bistro use upon real property located at 1350 Main Road (State Rt. 25), Jamesport, New York, also identified as SCTM # 600-68-1-20 located within the Rural Corridor (RLC) zoning use district.
