PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 2019, at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to consider a 2-lot minor subdivision application seeking to subdivide an existing 2.26 acre parcel (98,836 sq. ft.) and create two lots each having sizes of 1.13 acres (49,418 sq. ft.) The existing parcel is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Middle Country Road and Kay Road, in the hamlet of Wading River, NY, within the Residence B-80 (RB80) zoning use district, and is more particularly described as SCTM No. 600-115.1-1-22.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 2019 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a site plan application in the Peconic River Community Zoning District to demolish the existing vacant building previously used for auto repair and other existing improvements and construct a new 3,062 sq. ft., one-story building with no basement and new site improvements for a retail convenience store upon real property of 38,918 sq. ft. on the south side of West Main St. at 243-245 & 255 West Main St., Riverhead, known as SCTM Nos: 600-128-3-50 and 600-128-3-51.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 2019 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a site plan application to convert an existing two-story, 1,327 sq. ft. single family residence into an office building and convert an existing 794 sq. ft. detached accessory structure into a retail building. The subject parcel, identified as SCTM No. 600-2-16, is a 0.53 acre parcel located at 498 Main Road, Aquebogue, and is located within the Hamlet Center (HC) zoning use district.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 2019 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a three lot minor subdivision application of an existing 5.59 acre parcel of land located at 5314 Parker Road (State Rt. 25A), which would result in the creation of lots having sizes of 80,194 sq. ft. (1.84 acres), 80,084 sq. ft. (–1.84 acres), and 83,016 sq. ft. (1.91 acres). The subject parcel, identified as SCTM No. 600-76-2-3, is located within the Residence B-80 (RB80) zoning use district.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 7th day of November, 2019 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a minor subdivision application seeking approval to subdivide an existing 79,588 sq. ft. parcel (1.82 acres) located on the east side of Ellen Street, Riverhead, particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-65-1-29.62, within the Residence B-40 (RB40) zoning use district and create two separate building lots, as well as the inclusion of a smaller 7,527 sq. ft. (0.17 acre) parcel located on the west side of Ellen Street, Riverhead.
