PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 1st day of July, 2021 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. to consider a two-lot minor subdivision application seeking approval to subdivide an existing 6.9663 acre parcel of land and create two separate parcels, one being 4.2114 acres (Lot 1), the other being 2.7549 acres (Lot 2).  The subject parcel, identified as SCTM No. 600-118-2-3.1, is located at 2012-2038 Old Country Road, Riverhead, NY, within the Destination Retail Center (DRC) zoning use district. 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Town of Riverhead at the Riverhead Town Hall, 200 Howell Avenue, Riverhead, New York, on Thursday, the 1st day of July, 2021 at 7:00 o’clock p.m., to consider a preliminary site plan application proposing to develop a vacant parcel of land, particularly identified as SCTM No. 600-128-5-20, located at 45 3rd Street, Riverhead, NY, within the Downtown Center 4 (DC4) zoning use district,  with a two-story, three unit townhouse development with a footprint of 1,029 sq. ft. and  a total floor area of 2,058 sq. ft., along with related parking, lighting, landscaping, stormwater management systems, and new sanitary and water connections. 

Members of the public may attend in-person on a limited basis, adhering to New York State Covid-19 guidelines; meeting agenda will be posted on the Town of Riverhead website.
